CEO & Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Lori Armstrong serves as the CEO & Chief Clinical Officer at Inspire Nurse Leaders. With the vision of transforming healthcare through exceptional leadership, Lori leads the Inspire Nurse Leaders’ team with a deep commitment to elevating nurse leaders and their teams to deliver extraordinary results. For over 25 years, Dr. Armstrong has held executive level and senior leadership roles at several of our Nation’s top hospitals. Most recently her passion for the link between leadership and patient/staff outcomes led Lori to create the IMPACT group coaching program and the on- demand Nurse Leader Academy (NLA). Both are designed to help leaders achieve top decile performance.
Lori earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice- Executive Leadership @ Drexel University and is a graduate of Harvard’s Executive Leadership Program. Lori serves on several national boards and is the recipient of multiple awards including Silicon Valley Woman of Distinction and the Jennifer L. Howse Leadership Award. Lori has also earned the elite designation of Certified Master of The Leadership Challenge; having achieved excellence in leadership development, coaching and speaking for clients nationwide.
Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer at Inspire Nurse Leaders, Robert leverages his consulting, project management, and business analysis experience to create high performing teams that deliver bespoke and impactful engagements to healthcare organizations using industry best practice and subject matter expertise. Robert Rodine has extensive experience in management and technology consulting with top financial firms across the United States, where he led successful engagements defining strategy, building product offerings, and improving organizational processes. In his role as Chief Operating Officer he leverages his experience of unlocking the potential of his team by spearheading industry-leading best practice programs and culture change initiatives.
Robert earned a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and is also a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Additionally, he is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach.

Chief of Staff
As Chief of Staff for Inspire Nurse Leaders, Diane is focused on daily operational efficiencies, strategic alignment of objectives, client relationships and providing support to the client service delivery team. Diane is a Healthcare Operations Executive with extensive experience leading healthcare and nursing operations, financial management, and strategic planning for Academic Medical Centers nationwide. Her passion is providing healthcare leaders with the support and the foundation they need to create a viable, sustainable, and highly engaged future-ready workforce. Her multifaceted healthcare experience drives her decisions as Chief of Staff as she is attuned to patients we serve, the Nurse Leaders we support and the systems in which they operate and is responsive to the dynamic and rapidly changing healthcare environment
Diane holds a Master of Business Administration and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management and Public Policy. She is a certified Project Management Professional and holds multiple Leadership and Management Certificates from The Wharton School.

Serving as the Manager of Coaching Operations, Leslie is responsible for the overall quality of both the executive coaching and IMPACT group coaching programs ensuring excellent experiences for our clients. Leslie is a seasoned healthcare executive and board-certified nurse coach with a passion for supporting nurse leaders in complex and high stress environments. Her mission revolves around helping leaders harness their strengths while building resilience in the face of demanding healthcare landscapes. Leslie’s career has been particularly distinguished by her extensive nursing experience in Women’s and Children’s healthcare. Leslie has steered focused and high-performing teams but also spearheaded sustainable solutions for quality improvement. She excelled in cross-functional collaboration, establishing processes, and defining strategic goals aimed at enhancing patient and employee satisfaction. Notably, Leslie’s impact extended beyond operational excellence. She nurtured effective communication within her teams and mentored numerous professionals in their journey towards career advancement. Under her leadership, a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement thrived, earning national recognition at her organizations.
Leslie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She is a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and achieved her RNC Certification for Neonatal Intensive Care.

Director, Client Service Delivery
As Director of Client Service Delivery, Robert is responsible for overseeing Inspire Nurse Leaders client engagements and consulting practices, developing resources and sound processes that meet the unique needs of our clients. Focusing on transformational change, continuous improvement and growth, Robert brings a wealth of experience and passion for process excellence to Inspire Nurse Leaders. Robert has extensive experience in the Customer Experience space, successfully designing and executing service delivery models in healthcare and information technology industry. With a background in C-Suite consultation and strategy advisory, Robert is a disciplined tactician with a diverse skill-set.
Robert holds a Master of Business Administration with dual concentration in Financial Management and Information Systems as well as a Bachelor’s of Science in Business from Iona College. Robert is also an Agile and Scrum certified leader that has successfully transformed service delivery throughout his career.
In her role as a Project Manager, Keshia works directly with seasoned nurse and healthcare leaders to help empower hospital teams across the country through management of end-to-end client-facing project delivery for all project phases: planning & initiation, kickoff, execution, and wrap up. Keshia coordinates with project team members to produce necessary project documentation, delivery, and support throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Keshia obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
