Robert Rodine has over 7 years’ experience in management and technology consulting with top financial firms across the United States, where he led successful engagements defining strategy, building product offerings, and improving organizational processes.

During that time he also focused on unlocking the potential of his teams and wider firm – developing training programs and advising industry-leading professional development programs and culture change initiatives.

Robert is graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach.

He joins Inspire Nurse Leaders as the Lead of Operations and Emerging Leadership Coaching, helping to realize Inspire’s mission to make impactful leadership a part of every nurse’s life

Pamela Spivey

Lead of Wellness/Resilience Program, Leader Development Coaching

Pamela has more than 30 years of experience in Healthcare leadership positions including roles as a frontline leader, care manager, Assistant Director, and certified Clinical Nurse Specialist.

She has coached and mentored leaders in the healthcare setting as well as entrepreneurs in a variety of business services. She focuses her coaching on the emerging leader, mid-level, and Director levels. As a transformational nursing leader she has helped numerous groups discover opportunities, design specific strategies, and deliver positive outcomes.

Pam is an international speaker, author, and certified Compassion Fatigue Professional, Pamela is an is an expert in resiliency practices and shares that expertise with individuals and teams to promote a flourishing, compassionate work culture. She holds an MSN from Duke University, as well as multiple certifications in coaching, training, and well-being.

Pamela joins Inspire Nurse Leaders as a consultant, coach, and mentor – her focus is helping develop leadership in both individuals and organizations.

Alexandria Combs

Alexandria is an accomplished healthcare executive with 20+ years in healthcare consulting and hospital leadership  Her versatility and background as a healthcare administrator, strategist, chief innovation officer, operations expert, coach and consultant give her a wealth of capabilities and ways to create value.  Alexandria is committed to amplifying the voice of the patient, family, and consumer while coaching and mentoring executive leaders. She has a history of consistently surpassing organizational performance goals by growing clinical business, maintaining strong financial performance, and enhancing the patient experience and employee engagement.

Alexandria has spoken on a broad spectrum of topics across the healthcare value chain: strategy, change management, innovation, intrapreneurship, clinical transformation, patient progression, service line optimization, business continuity, and organizational transformation.

Alexandria earned her Masters of Science in Health Systems/Industrial Engineering and bachelor’s degree with honors in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech with a certificate in Organizational Psychology. She holds a certificate in LEAN performance improvement training from BMGI and Joan Wellman Associates, and actively volunteers in medical missions in Africa and Asia, assisting with strategic planning, fundraising, and operational execution of the missions.
