Workshop Description
Nursing leadership spans multiple generations, each bringing unique strengths, values, and expectations. Bridging the Generational Divide is an interactive, one-day workshop designed to equip nurse leaders with practical strategies to foster inclusion, collaboration, and psychological safety across age-diverse healthcare teams.
Participants will explore how generational values influence communication, leadership identity, and engagement—while enhancing, not replacing, the leadership skills they already have. Through real-world scenarios and facilitated discussion, leaders will develop a roadmap for building high-performing, multigenerational teams.
