In today's ever-changing healthcare climate, leadership guidance is essential, and this workshop delivered. Having all of our leaders together, hearing the same message, was invaluable. The content was not only practical and immediately applicable, but it also reinforced why I love leadership. This retreat gave me the tools, confidence, and renewed passion to navigate change, communicate effectively, and sustain my purpose as a nurse leader.
